Raketeros is clearly an attempt to bring back a certain flavor of comedy to local cinemas. Local comedy nowadays has largely been built around a couple of personalities. In this film, a bunch of stars from decades past get together to produce a more male-oriented ensemble comedy. Heaven's Best is already planning a sequel for "Raketeros" that will be filmed in Malaysia. This is the same company that produced “Burgos: A Mother's Love,” which stars Lorna Tolentino.
